The Bourns CDSOT236-T24 is a unidirectional TVS diode array designed for ESD, EFT, and surge protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It protects four lines with a working peak voltage of 24V and a breakdown voltage of 26.7V (minimum at 1mA). The device offers a peak pulse power of 350W and a peak pulse current of 6A under 8/20µs waveform, with maximum clamping voltages of 43V at 1A and 58.3V at 6A. Leakage current is limited to 1µA at 24V, and typical capacitance is 40pF at 0V and 1MHz. Housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-6 package with 100% tin lead finish and UL 94V-0 flammability rating, it operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements, and is RoHS compliant and lead free.
