The Bourns CDSOT236-T05C is a bidirectional TVS diode array designed for ESD, EFT, and surge protection in portable electronics and computing equipment. It features a working peak voltage of 5.0 V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6.0 V at 1 mA. The device offers a clamping voltage of 9.8 V at 1 A and 21.0 V at the peak pulse current of 17 A (8/20 µs), with a peak pulse power rating of 350 W.
