The Bourns CDSOT236-T05 is a unidirectional TVS diode array designed for ESD, EFT, and surge protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a working peak voltage of 5V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 6V at 1mA, and a maximum clamping voltage of 9.8V at 1A. Under an 8/20µs pulse at 17A, the clamping voltage is 21V.
