The Bourns CDSOT23-T36C is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for surge and ESD protection in general purpose applications. It features a maximum working peak voltage of 36V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 40V at 1mA. The clamping voltage is 51V at 1A and 76.8V at 9A (8/20µs), with a peak pulse power rating of 500W. ESD protection meets IEC 61000-4-2 standards with ±30kV contact and air discharge capability.
