The Bourns CDSOT23-SRV05-4 is a steering diode TVS array designed to protect four data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrical fast transients (EFT). It features a working peak reverse voltage of 5 V and a breakdown voltage of 6 V at 1 mA. The device offers a low typical capacitance of 3.5 pF, making it suitable for high-speed interfaces.
This TVS array provides ESD protection up to 30 kV for both contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, and EFT protection up to 2 kV per IEC 61000-4-4 Level 4.
