The Bourns CDSOD323-T24L is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable electronics. It features a working peak voltage of 24V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 26.7V at 1 mA.
The device provides a typical clamping voltage of 56V at 8/20 µs peak pulse current of 6A, with a maximum peak pulse power of 350W. It offers ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with contact discharge up to ±30 kV and air discharge up to ±30 kV. Typical capacitance is 1 pF at 0V and 1 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines.
