The Bourns CDSOD323-T05S is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable electronics. It features a working peak voltage of 5.0 V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6.0 V at 1 mA. The device provides a maximum clamping voltage of 9.8 V at 1 A and a typical clamping voltage of 13.5 V at a peak pulse current of 42 A (8/20 µs waveform).
