The CDSFR4148 is a standard switching diode from Comchip Technology designed for general purpose rectification and switching applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 75V and an average forward current of 150mA. The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns under test conditions of IF = IR = 10mA, RL = 100 ohms, Irr = 1mA.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1V at 50mA forward current and a maximum reverse leakage current of 2.5µA at 75V reverse voltage. Typical capacitance between terminals is 4pF at 0V reverse bias and 1MHz test frequency. The device can dissipate up to 350mW of power and operates over a junction temperature range up to 125°C.
