The CDSER4148 is a standard switching diode from Comchip Technology designed for surface mount applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 75V and an average forward current of 150mA. The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns (tested at If=10mA, RL=100Ω, Irr=1mA), making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 1V maximum at 50mA and a reverse leakage current of 25nA at 20V reverse voltage, increasing to 2.5µA at 75V. The junction capacitance is typically 4pF at 0V and 1MHz. The device can handle a forward surge current of 4A for a 1µs pulse and 1A for a 1ms pulse.
