The CDSER400B is a surface mount switching diode from Comchip Technology, designed for high-speed switching applications. It has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 90V and a maximum reverse voltage of 80V. The average forward current rating is 100mA, with a forward surge current capability of 1000mA (8.3ms half sine-wave). The diode achieves a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns (at IF=10mA, VR=6V, RL=50Ω) and a typical capacitance of 3pF at 0.5V and 1MHz. The forward voltage is 1V maximum at 100mA forward current.
