The CDSER400 is a standard switching diode manufactured by Comchip Technology. It is designed for general purpose switching applications requiring high speed and low leakage. With a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 90V and a continuous reverse voltage of 80V, it suits circuits with moderate voltage requirements.
The diode offers a maximum average forward current of 100mA and a surge peak forward current of 1A (8.3ms). Its forward voltage is 1V max at 100mA, and reverse recovery time is 4ns max, making it suitable for high-speed switching. The junction capacitance is 3pF typical, ensuring low capacitive loading.
The device is housed in a 0503/SOD-723F surface mount package, which is extremely thin and leadless, ideal for compact designs. It is RoHS and Halogen Free compliant, with gold-plated terminals for reliable soldering. The operating temperature range is up to 125°C.
