The Bourns CDNBS08-T03 is a unidirectional TVS diode array designed to protect four lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and surge events. It features a working peak voltage of 3 V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 3.3 V at 1 mA. The device provides a typical clamping voltage of 10.9 V at 8/20 µs and can handle a peak pulse current of 43 A under the same waveform. Peak pulse power is rated at 500 W for an 8/20 µs pulse.
