The Bourns CDNBS08-SRDA05-6 is a steering diode/transient voltage suppressor (TVS) array combination diode designed for surge and ESD protection in Ethernet applications. It protects up to six lines and is housed in an eight-lead narrow body SOIC package. The device is RoHS compliant and lead-free, with a flammability rating of UL 94V-0.
Key electrical characteristics include a working peak voltage of 5V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 6V at 1 mA, and a maximum clamping voltage of 9.8V at IPB and 13.5V at 8/20 µs with a peak pulse current of 42A.
