The Bourns CDNBS08-SLVU2.8-8 is a low capacitance TVS array designed for ESD and surge protection in high-speed data lines. It features a 2.8V working voltage with a breakdown voltage of 3.0V (min) at 1 mA. The device offers 4 unidirectional channels and provides peak pulse power of 600W (8/20 µs) with a peak pulse current of 30A. It has a low capacitance of 6 pF (at 0V, 1 MHz) making it suitable for Ethernet applications. The clamping voltage is 8.5V at 5A, 15V at 24A, and 17V at 30A. ESD protection meets IEC 61000-4-2 ±8 kV contact and ±15 kV air discharge. The device is supplied in a surface mount 8-SOIC package with a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It is RoHS compliant and UL 94V-0 rated.
