The Bourns CDNBS08-SLVU2.8-4 is a low capacitance TVS diode array designed for surge and ESD protection in high-speed data lines. It protects up to four I/O ports with a working voltage of 2.8V and a breakdown voltage of 3.0V at 1 mA. The device features a low capacitance of 6 pF at 0V and 1 MHz, making it suitable for Ethernet 10/100 Base T and other high-speed interfaces.
Electrical characteristics include a peak pulse current of 30 A (8/20 µs) and peak pulse power of 600 W (8/20 µs).
