The Bourns CDMSP10-0504M is a 4-channel steering TVS diode array designed for ESD, EFT, and surge protection of high-speed data ports. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements. The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V, a breakdown voltage range of 6V to 9V, and typical clamping voltages of 12.5V on I/O pins and 9.5V on VDD/GND pins under 6kV contact ESD.
With an ultra-low capacitance of 0.55pF per I/O line, this array minimizes signal degradation in high-speed interfaces. It offers robust ESD protection: up to 19kV air discharge and 12kV contact discharge on I/O pins, and 30kV air and contact discharge on VDD/GND pins. The dynamic turn-on resistance is 0.33Ω typical.
The CDMSP10-0504M is housed in a surface-mount 10-MSOP package (10-VFSOP, 0.118" width) and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. It is RoHS compliant per Directive 2015/863. Note: This product is not recommended for new designs.
