CDDFN6-0504P is a TVS/steering diode array from Bourns designed to protect high-speed data ports from ESD, EFT, and surge events. It protects up to four data lines with a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6V at 1mA. The device is rated for 5.6A peak pulse current and 150W peak pulse power under 8/20µs waveforms.
Key electrical characteristics include low channel input capacitance of 1.2pF typical and 1.6pF maximum, with channel-to-channel capacitance limited to 0.14pF. ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 reaches 18kV air and 14kV contact on I/O lines, and 30kV air and contact on VCC lines. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
The CDDFN6-0504P comes in a lead-free, RoHS-compliant surface-mount 6-PowerUFDFN package (6-DFN 1.6x1.6mm). Termination finish is nickel/palladium/gold. The molded package is compatible with standard DFN6 or QFN6 footprints and supports automated pick-and-place assembly.
