The Bourns CDDFN2-T5.0LC is a low capacitance bidirectional TVS diode designed for ESD and EFT protection in portable electronics. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.0V and a breakdown voltage of 7.0V at 1mA. The clamping voltage is 25V typical at 6kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2. With a typical capacitance of 0.5pF at 0V and 1MHz, it is suitable for high-speed data lines. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection levels of 8kV contact and 15kV air discharge, and IEC 61000-4-4 EFT protection of 40A.
