The Bourns CDDFN10-3304NA is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array designed for ESD, EFT, and surge protection on high-speed data lines. It protects up to 4 unidirectional channels with a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 3.9V at 1mA.
The device provides clamping voltages of 12V, 15V, and 18V for peak pulse currents of 5A, 15A, and 25A respectively, under 8/20µs surge conditions. It features ultra-low capacitance: 4pF typical (4.6pF max) per pin to ground, and 1.5pF typical (2.3pF max) between I/O lines, making it suitable for high-speed interfaces.
The array meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) with ±30kV contact and air discharge, IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) at 40A, and IEC 61000-4-5 (surge). It is housed in a 10-UFDFN exposed pad package (2.5x2.5mm DFN-10) and is surface mount compatible with standard pick-and-place equipment. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, with storage from -55°C to 150°C. RoHS3 compliant.
