The CDDFN10-3304N is a 4-channel unidirectional steering TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode array from Bourns. It is designed for rail-to-rail protection in Ethernet applications, providing a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a clamping voltage of 20V.
