It supports up to four unbuffered SDRAM Dual Inline Memory Modules (DIMMs). The device includes an I2C serial interface for individual enable control of each output, offering flexibility in device management. It operates at frequencies up to 100 MHz and provides ESD protection exceeding 2000V per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015.
