The CDBZ61045-HF from Comchip Technology is a surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low power loss and high efficiency. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 45V, an average rectified forward current of 10A, and a low forward voltage drop of 550mV at 10A.
