The CDBUR0340 is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for low forward voltage and fast switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current rating of 350mA. The diode has a typical forward voltage of 600mV at 200mA (370mV at 20mA) and a reverse recovery time of 6.4ns, making it suitable for high-frequency rectification.
