The CDBUR0230 is a Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology designed for low forward voltage drop and fast switching in surface-mount applications. This diode features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA. The typical forward voltage is only 500mV at 200mA, enabling efficient rectification in low-voltage circuits. The reverse current is specified at 30µA maximum at 30V reverse voltage.
The device is housed in a compact 0603/SOD-523F package with gold-plated terminals and is rated for lead-free soldering. It supports an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and a maximum power dissipation of 150mW. The junction capacitance is 9pF at 10V and 1MHz, making it suitable for high-frequency signal switching.
