The CDBU0145 is a 45V, 100mA Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology. As a majority carrier device, it offers fast switching speed and low forward voltage drop, making it suitable for high-efficiency rectification and power management in low-voltage applications.
With a typical forward voltage of 550mV at 100mA and a reverse leakage current of only 0.1µA typical, this diode minimizes power losses. The junction temperature is rated up to 125°C, and the device can handle a surge current of 1A (8.3ms pulse).
