The CDBU00340 is a Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology designed for low-power rectification and switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average forward current of 30mA. The typical forward voltage is 370mV at 1mA, enabling efficient low-voltage operation.
This diode offers a maximum reverse leakage current of 1.5µA at 30V and 1.0µA at 40V, with a typical junction capacitance of 1.5pF at 1V and 1MHz. It can handle a surge current of 500mA (8.3ms half sine-wave) and has a maximum power dissipation of 150mW.
The device is supplied in a 0603C/SOD-523F surface-mount package with gold-plated terminals, suitable for automated assembly. It is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and halogen free.
The maximum reverse voltage (VR) is 40V.
The average forward current (Io) is 30mA.
The typical forward voltage (VF) is 370mV at IF=1mA.
It comes in a 0603C/SOD-523F surface-mount package (2-SMD, no lead).
The maximum operating temperature is 125°C. Storage temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
The maximum reverse leakage current is 1.0µA at VR=40V.
Typical capacitance is 1.5pF at 1V and 1MHz.
