The CDBQR43 is a Schottky barrier diode manufactured by Comchip Technology, designed for low-voltage, high-speed switching applications. It is rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward rectified current of 200mA. The forward voltage is 1V maximum at 200mA, with a typical forward voltage as low as 0.33V at 2mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 10µA at 25V reverse bias. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high-frequency rectification and signal switching.
