The CDBM280-HF is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode manufactured by Comchip Technology. It is designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification applications requiring a low forward voltage drop and fast switching. The device is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 80V and a forward current of 2A.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 0.7V at 2A, reverse current of 0.5mA at 25°C (10mA at 125°C), and a forward surge current capability of 50A (8.3ms half sine wave). The junction capacitance is 160pF at 4V and 1MHz. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, with a storage temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
The diode is packaged in a Mini SMA/SOD-123 surface mount package, which is molded plastic with solder plated terminals. It weighs approximately 0.027 grams and is RoHS and halogen free compliant.
