The CDBHM250L-HF is a single-phase Schottky bridge rectifier from Comchip Technology, designed for low forward voltage drop and high efficiency. It features a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 50V, a maximum RMS voltage of 35V, and a maximum DC blocking voltage of 50V.
