The CDBHM230L-HF is a low forward voltage (VF) surface-mount Schottky bridge rectifier designed by Comchip Technology. It features a single-phase bridge configuration with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 30V and an average forward rectified current (I(AV)) of 2.0A.
The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 0.70V maximum at 2.0A DC, which enhances efficiency in power conversion. It can handle a peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 50A. Reverse current is specified as 1.0mA maximum at 25°C and 20mA at 100°C. Typical junction capacitance is 125pF at 1MHz and 4V DC reverse voltage.
This Schottky bridge rectifier is suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications. It features metal-semiconductor junction with guarding and epitaxial construction. The device is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
The CDBHM230L-HF is supplied in a surface-mount MBS-2 package (TO-269AA, 4-BESOP) with molded plastic case material rated UL 94V-0. It has an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
