The CDBFR54 is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for efficient low-voltage rectification and high-frequency switching. Its electrical characteristics include low forward voltage (0.24V typ at 0.1mA, 0.32V typ at 1mA, 0.4V typ at 10mA, 0.5V typ at 30mA, 1V typ at 100mA), low typical junction capacitance of 10pF, and fast reverse recovery time of 5ns.
