The CDBFR43 is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for small signal rectification and low voltage power management. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward current of 200mA. The diode exhibits a low forward voltage drop of 0.5V typical at 200mA, with even lower values at reduced currents: 0.28V at 2mA, 0.33V at 10mA, and 0.4V at 50mA. Reverse recovery time is typically 5ns, enabling high-frequency operation.
Packaged in the 1005 (2512 Metric) / SOD-323F surface mount case, the device features gold plated terminals and weighs approximately 0.006 grams. The junction temperature is rated up to 125°C, with a storage temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 500°C/W.
