The CDBFR42 is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology designed for low voltage rectification and high-speed switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward rectified current of 200mA. Typical forward voltage is 1V at 200mA, with lower voltages of 0.4V at 10mA and 0.33V at 2mA, enabling efficient operation across a range of currents. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns and low junction capacitance of 10pF at 1V.
Housed in a 1005/SOD-323F standard package, the diode is extremely thin and leadless, ideal for compact circuit designs. The gold-plated terminals support reliable solderability per MIL-STD-750. The device is RoHS3 compliant and halogen free, meeting environmental standards. Maximum junction temperature is 125°C with a storage range of -55°C to +125°C.
