The CDBFR0520L is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode manufactured by Comchip Technology. It is designed for low-voltage, high-efficiency rectification and power management applications. The diode is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 20V and an average rectified current of 500mA.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 300mV at 100mA and 385mV at 500mA, both at 25°C. The reverse current is typically 250µA at 20V reverse voltage. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 22ns and a forward surge current capability of 5.5A.
