The CDBFR0340 is a Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for surface mount applications. It offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current of 350mA. The diode features a low forward voltage of 600mV at 200mA (typical 370mV at 20mA) and a fast reverse recovery time of 6.4ns, making it suitable for high-frequency rectification and power management.
