The CDBER54-HF is a Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for low forward voltage drop and fast switching in surface-mount applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward rectified current of 200mA. The diode features a typical forward voltage of 0.32V at 1mA and 1V maximum at 100mA, enabling efficient rectification in low-power circuits.
With a reverse recovery time of 5ns and low junction capacitance of 10pF at 1V, this diode is well-suited for high-frequency switching and signal rectification. The device is housed in a compact 0503 (1308 Metric) / SOD-723F package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. It supports an operating temperature range up to 125°C and is RoHS3 compliant and halogen free.
Typical applications include polarity protection, DC-DC converter freewheeling, and high-speed switching in portable electronics. The leadless package and gold-plated terminals ensure reliable solderability and mechanical stability.
The maximum reverse voltage (peak reverse voltage) is 30V.
The average forward rectified current is 200mA.
The maximum forward voltage at 100mA is 1V.
The reverse recovery time is 5ns.
It is available in a 0503 (1308 Metric) / SOD-723F surface-mount package.
