The Comchip Technology CDBER0230L is a Schottky barrier diode designed for low forward voltage drop and fast switching in surface mount applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 35V and a nominal reverse voltage of 30V. The diode can handle an average forward current of 200mA with a forward surge current capability of 1A (8.3ms single half sine-wave).
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 0.421V typical and 0.500V maximum at 200mA, and a reverse leakage current of 4.18µA typical and 30µA maximum at 10V reverse voltage. Junction capacitance is 22.8pF typical at zero bias. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
