The CDBER0140L is a Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology designed for low forward voltage drop and fast switching. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average forward rectified current of 100mA. Typical forward voltage is 0.34V at 10mA and 0.55V at 100mA, enabling efficient rectification in low-power circuits.
The diode is housed in a compact surface mount 0503 (1308 Metric) / SOD-723F package with gold-plated terminals. It supports an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device is RoHS3 compliant and Halogen Free, with an MSL rating of Level 1 (unlimited floor life).
Typical applications include high-speed switching, polarity protection, and DC-DC converter circuits where low forward voltage and small footprint are critical. The part is marked with code B8 for identification.
