The CDBER0130R is a Schottky barrier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for low-voltage rectification and switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 100mA, with a forward voltage of 0.45V typical (0.5V max) at 10mA.
