The CDBER0130L is a surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Comchip Technology. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 35 V and a maximum reverse voltage of 30 V, with an average forward current rating of 100 mA. The forward voltage is typically 241 mV and maximum 350 mV at 10 mA, enabling low power dissipation. Reverse current is low at 10 µA maximum at 10 V reverse voltage.
