The CDBB220-G from Comchip Technology is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 20 V and an average forward current rating of 2 A. With a very low forward voltage drop of just 0.5 V at 2 A, this diode minimizes power loss and improves efficiency in rectification and freewheeling circuits.
