The CDBB120-G is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Comchip Technology, designed for surface mount applications. It has a maximum reverse voltage rating of 20V and an average forward current of 1A.
Key electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage drop of 500 mV at 1A forward current, and a fast switching speed with recovery time less than 500 ns. Reverse leakage current is 0.5 mA at 25°C and 10 mA at 100°C. The device can handle a peak surge current of 30A for 8.3 ms single half sine-wave.
The diode is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) molded plastic package, which is solderable per MIL-STD-750 and features a color band indicating the cathode.
