The CDBA120SL-G is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode manufactured by Comchip Technology. It features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 20V and an average forward current rating of 1A. The forward voltage drop is typically 310 mV at 1A, enabling low power dissipation. Reverse leakage current is 1 mA at 25°C and 35 mA at 80°C (at rated blocking voltage).
