The CDBA120-G is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Comchip Technology. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 20V and an average forward current of 1A. The forward voltage drop is 0.55V maximum at 1A, and reverse leakage current is 0.5mA at 20V. The diode features fast recovery less than 500ns and can handle a peak surge current of 30A (8.3ms single half sine-wave).
