The Comchip CDA6N08-G is a steering diode array designed for ESD and transient suppression. It features 6 unidirectional channels in a rail-to-rail configuration, with a maximum supply voltage of 8V and continuous forward current of 50mA per channel. The device is IEC 61000-4-2 compliant, offering 16kV ESD protection.
The diode array has low capacitance (1pF to 5pF at 1MHz), fast reverse recovery, and fast turn-on time, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines.
