CD4024BE

The Texas Instruments CD4024BE is a 7-stage ripple-carry binary counter, part of the CD4000 series logic family. It functions as a master-slave flip-flop counter that advances its state on the negative transition of each input pulse. A high level on the RESET line returns the counter to its all-zeros state. The counter features Schmitt trigger action on the input pulse line, allowing for unlimited rise and fall times, and all inputs and outputs are buffered.

This device operates with a voltage range of 3V to 18V and has a maximum count rate of 24 MHz. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The CD4024BE is supplied in a 14-pin PDIP package designed for through-hole mounting.
