The Texas Instruments CD4019BE is a CMOS Quad AND/OR Select Gate IC. Each gate configuration consists of two 2-input AND gates driving a single-input OR gate. Selection is controlled by input bits Ka and Kb, allowing for selection of either channel A or channel B information, or the logical A + B function.
This device features medium speed operation with a typical propagation delay of 60 ns at 10V and 50 pF load capacitance. It offers standardized, symmetrical output characteristics and is 100% tested for quiescent current at 20V. The CD4019BE supports 5V, 10V, and 15V parametric ratings and meets JEDEC Standard No. 13B specifications.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum input current of 1 µA at 18V over the full package temperature range, and noise margins of 1V, 2V, and 2.5V at 5V, 10V, and 15V respectively. The CD4019BE is supplied in a 16-lead PDIP package suitable for through-hole mounting.
