CD4001BF

The CD4001B-MIL, also known as CD4001BF, is a CMOS quad 2-input NOR gate manufactured by Texas Instruments. This logic gate is part of the CD4000 technology family and is rated for military applications, operating across a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.

Featuring 4 channels with 2 inputs per channel, the CD4001BF provides a standard speed with a propagation delay typically of 60 ns at 10V and 50 pF. It supports an operating voltage range from 3V to 18V, with standardized symmetrical output characteristics.
