The CD216A-B120LLF is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Bourns, designed for low voltage, high efficiency rectification in compact surface mount applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 20V and an average forward current of 1A.
The diode offers a low forward voltage drop of 450mV at 1A, minimizing power loss. Reverse leakage current is 400μA at rated voltage. Junction capacitance is 90pF at 4V and 1MHz, suitable for high-speed switching. The device is rated for fast recovery with switching speeds under 500ns.
