Bourns CD214A-R12000 is a glass passivated rectifier diode designed for general purpose rectification applications. It offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 2000V and an average forward rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage is typically 1.0V at 1A, and the device can handle a peak forward surge current of 30A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). Reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C, 30µA at 125°C, and 50µA at 150°C.
This component is part of Bourns' CD214A series, featuring a glass passivated chip for improved reliability. It is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
